•  Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to
•  Committed to supporting multi-site production by working in a secure and customer-centric manner; and must be highly motivated and customer oriented
•  Develop and design solutions to complex problems, manage outside contractors and be on call in case of emergency
•  Handle multiple projects and day-to-day operations, meet deadlines and develop plans  to achieve departmental and divisional goals.
•  Ensuring compliance with all safety programs and procedures, developing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations.
•  Develops business plans and provides direction and guidance  for  successful implementation of  plans
•  Assists in developing, setting and monitoring budgets
•  Understand and implement security programs
•  Successful candidates must have the ability to provide enriched feedback to improve individual performance, provide  written performance reviews to co-workers, including discipline and follow through.
•  Mentor all company partners by motivating and providing guidance to help them achieve their goals and consistently go above and beyond.
•  Project planning and cost analysis
•  The Regional Maintenance Manager promotes and maintains good housekeeping
•  Minimum 50% pre-issued travel requirement for various construction commissioning and training assignments.

 BASIC STUDIES

•  Bachelor's degree or 2 years of Amazon experience
•  Work a flexible schedule/shifts/work area including weekends, nights and/or holidays

 FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) Willing to travel up to 50 miles to various locations
•  Management experience
•  Project management experience Electrical and electronic principles
•  Reading blueprints and electrical diagrams Knowledge of CMMS programs
•  Preventive maintenance measures Industrial electricity
•  Industrial control devices
