Areas of responsibility include:

•  Support and deliver long and short term financial forecasting, budgeting and staffing planning
•  Perform ad hoc financial analyzes to gain insight, facilitate business discussions, scenario planning, opportunity sizing, etc.
•  Create meaningful presentations to summarize analysis and facilitate decision making
•  Improve modeling and develop automation in collaboration with data science team
•  Ownership of our financial forecasts and assumptions in key systems such as Anaplan, Workday, Essbase, Tableau
•  Creation, standardization and automation of management reporting  dashboards, reports and templates
•  Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders (ads and operations, data science, accounting, talent acquisition/HR, etc.) and be able to communicate effectively with financial tracking/impact.
•  Collaborate with colleagues on promotional strategy, planning and analysis to model and consolidate the financial impact of product, planning and pricing changes. 

What we are looking for:

•  5 years of experience in a fast-paced and highly analytical environment. Prior experience in promoting FP&A, business management consulting, strategic technology financing, or high-growth startups is a plus.
•  Experience building and improving financial reporting processes with high levels of ambiguity and changing requirements
•  Strong modeling skills and comfort working with  large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau and other data visualization tools
•  Candidates must be motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work independently and multi-task
•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a  proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels
•  Very strong project management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work to tight deadlines. Pay attention to details and consider using the 80/20 rule to solve problems.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), financial systems such as Workday, Essbase, Anaplan, sales incentive compensation, and general knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad technology ecosystem is a plus, although not required.
