   Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Manager (SAFE)…

 In this role you will:

• Lead, manage and develop a team of direct and indirect  low to moderate complexity and risk accounts in the retail banking branch
•  Engage retail banking stakeholders and internal partners 
•  Identify and recommend opportunities for individuals to  improve process development and risk management across all commercial banking branches
•  Make decisions and resolve issues related to customer and team experience, risk and  retail banking team growth to meet regional banking goals
•  Follow policies and procedures in accordance with applicable regulations and review and escalation procedures
•  Collaborate and consult with peers and  colleagues and retail bank managers
•  Lead by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience and focus on building relationships
•  Engage clients to understand their financial needs and proactively work  to help clients achieve financial success
•  Manage the allocation of people and funds for regional banking
•  Mentor and lead the competency development of direct reports and assist in the hiring of regional banking experts
•  This SECURE position has customer interaction and job duties that may include  offering/negotiating  terms and/or accepting home equity applications.
•  As such, this position requires a S.A.F.E. The Mortgage Licensing Act  2008 and all related regulations
•  All of these requirements must be met, including acceptable background check results, in order to continue employment
•  Individuals in specific positions must also  meet Lender's Rule Z (LO) requirements described in the Job Expectations below.

 Required Qualification

•  years of work experience in finance or banking or an equivalent field as evidenced by one or more of the following: work experience, education, military experience, training
•  2 years of management experience.
