Tolleson is an independent branding studio that works closely with purpose-driven organizations to help them discover and tell their stories—integrating strategy, design, photography and writing to create sustainable branding systems and experiences that support every stage of an organization's lifecycle. Tolleson's strategy department works closely with Tolleson's other creative departments and develops the underlying framework that guides each product from brand identity to launch. We are currently seeking a thoughtful, experienced and community-led end-to-end strategist to lead brand and creative strategy from inception to case study (reporting to the Director of Strategy) to join our tight-knit family. 30 people.

In this role you will:
- You can provide insights, articulate ideas, build systems, own data and develop content for any type of brand strategy, including but not limited to: research and review (customer, product, market, user), brand architecture, positioning, naming, messaging. , verbal identity, go to market, digital, campaign, content, sales and marketing, etc. Transform complex (and technical) customer, market, product and user insights into clear and compelling strategic and creative concepts - leveraging qualitative, quantitative, primary and secondary research to create alignment and resonance with the client's brand and business needs.
- Be an active part of a skilled and diverse strategy and writing team that collaborates with Tolleson's writers, designers, creative directors and account directors, as well as agency partners and freelancers to produce quality work.
- Shorten, create, proofread, and proofread all kinds of writing, from features to features to long-form editorials—working closely with Tolleson's writers.
- Participate in Tolleson's internal sales, marketing and business development
- Manage personal workflows and projects for multiple client partners at any time
