 In this role you will:

  •  Assists financial advisor colleagues in service and operational  activities such as customer service  via telephone, face-to-face communication and/or written correspondence.
  •  Make it easy for the financial advisor and clients to receive account  information and/or offers
  •  Book and prepare for meetings with new or potential clients
  •  Create and service customer accounts, prepare forms, investigate inquiries and/or issues, and enter security  tickets when approved by financial advisors.
  •  Performs various financial advisor and branch management administrative duties including, but not limited to, tracking referrals, assisting with marketing efforts, creating and maintaining files in accordance with company policies.
  •  Create and maintain the necessary files and accounting to support the service and development of customer relationships
  •  Acts as point of contact for all referral sources, checking paperwork for completeness and forwarding to management for review as needed

 Required Qualification:

  •  2 years of brokerage and customer service experience or equivalent experience as evidenced by one or more of the following: work experience, education, military experience or education
  •  Desired Qualification:
  •  Customer service focuses on listening to experiences, getting effective information, understanding and solving complex customer problems
  •  Experience in brokerage or financial services
  •  Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  •  Experience in direct communication with customers
  •  Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
