We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team to assist our customers and manage their exposure to online credit card fraud.

Duties include:
- Provide technical support and setup to your customers in fraud, recovery and payment gateway functions
- Solving customer issues with our systems. Follow the system warnings. If this affects data flow interruptions, please contact customers
- Develops and implements fraud case rules and methods
- Customize the Fraud Analyst user interface according to the client's requirements
- Work closely with customers to find new features for Interceptas
- Work closely with Accertify subject matter experts to assess and identify new technology/fraud trends and implement new approaches and capabilities as needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure expectations are exceeded
- Act as a liaison between external clients and internal departments, including account management, operations and development teams
- Collaborate and attend meetings as assigned

- Previous experience working directly with clients
- Experience with technical application problem

- Bilingual - English and Japanese language skills
