 Basic tasks

•  You have in-depth knowledge of civil engineering, mechanical plant strategies, BMS/EPMS programming concepts, control diagrams, industrial HVAC installations, electrical assemblies, one-line diagrams, and complex environmental and electrical concepts.
• Server center redundancy, mechanical failure strategies, energy and water conservation best practices and data reporting analytics.
• Learn how to successfully operate in high-security mission-critical environments and maximize productivity. 
• Innovation of new solutions to support initiatives, team and company goals. 
• Lead and facilitate collaboration with multiple teams including Construction, Developers, MEP/ACS Engineers and Team Leaders as needed to achieve self-initiated goals. 
• Create, maintain and distribute specification documents related to global projects. 
• Create, maintain and distribute project-specific scope of work (SOW) documents, including global design standards.
• Coordinate personally with each Regional Project Manager to review and finalize each project SOW. Supplier selection, bid review, RFI support and coordination. 
• Central point of contact for multiple internal and external teams regarding BMS/EPMS management standards.
• Manage and prioritize requests for information on support for new construction sites, existing construction sites and legacy improvement projects.
• Interoperate with AWS cloud services and other applications  to present, archive and analyze collected data.
• You will travel around the world when needed to lead and/or support project initiatives. 
• Anticipate roadblocks and risks while ensuring escalation management.
