  Job Description:

 The role of the Member Service Professional (MSP) is to provide excellent service to cardholders visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. MSPs are the face of American Express to our customers, acting as brand ambassadors. Working as a unified team, they are able to inspire our customers and deliver on their promises. A successful MSP at Centurion Lounge has a passion for providing exceptional service to its key card members in a customer centric environment. Our MSPs are highly skilled and motivated and provide travel, card, gate and lifestyle services to American Express Cardmembers. Acting as consultants, our MSPs  tailor our products and services to help cardholders meet their immediate needs and deepen their relationship with American Express. Our mission is  to become relevant to our card members by offering a variety of products and services. It is our duty to bring membership to life every day. MSPs do this by:

  •  Welcome and accept our card members at reception. A sense of responsibility and  ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
  •  Create innovative ways to solve customer problems or concerns to achieve brand loyalty; later turns the customer into a loyal enthusiast. Using the Customer First philosophy to meet the needs and expectations of customers. Offers concierge and lifestyle recommendations
  •  Provides travel advice and minimal booking assistance
  •  We meet the needs of our card members by working with  food and beverage lounge partners

 Qualifications:

  •  The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
  •  You must have at least 1 year of  experience serving high quality clients in high level settings. You must have experience in the hotel, airline, cabin or travel industry, including reservation experience.  Passion to serve clients with proactive solutions
  •  Exceptional communication skills that delight the customer with every  interaction.
  •  The ability to listen to the customer's needs and in turn give reliable recommendations, which leads to high customer satisfaction  with the service  received.
  •  Must demonstrate the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.  The ability to trust and work with your colleagues is essential, as the salon is a very active and fast-paced team environment. The ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in unexpected situations, putting the cardmember experience at the forefront of everything you do
  •  Must be resourceful and able to use the internet effectively and provide assistance in a face-to-face customer environment.  Ability to use and easily switch between multiple technology platforms.
  •  Adapt to a constantly changing environment and be flexible.
  •  We expect flexible working hours in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Some tasks may require light or moderate lifting. The salon's opening hours are from  Monday  to Sunday from 5:00 am. until 10:00 p.m. Opening hours may change due to business needs.
