Our Customer Experience Managers are seasoned retail veterans and naturally charismatic leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for working with your Store Manager to recruit, train, develop and generally manage a dynamic store team that helps Tesla accelerate the world's transition to sustainable transportation. You will be challenged to support your team through training, coaching, motivation and analysis of sales results. Your job is to identify local marketing events that will increase the Tesla brand and create more Tesla owners. You will be measured and rewarded for your ability to achieve the cumulative sales target, drive optimal team performance and maintain store performance. - Collaborate with Store Manager to gain a unified understanding and overview of business needs and strategies
- Demonstrate sales leadership through role playing and active sales presence on the floor 70% of the time
- Train and develop team in sales and delivery processes
- Analyze data and collaborate with Store Manager to set business strategies and goals
- Coaches and motivates the team to achieve set sales, delivery and productivity goals
- Make sure the team has all the product knowledge
- Expertise in sales and delivery functions and strong collaboration with both service and operations management - ability to oversee delivery functions during supervisor changes
- Meet and Exceed KPI, partner to achieve sales and delivery targets and PandLi location requirements
Customer experience
- We are responsible for ensuring that all employees provide the best customer experience for every customer
- Manage customer escalations quickly and efficiently
- Empower and guide employees through challenging customer concerns to make decisions in the best interest of customers while supporting Tesla's mission
- Demonstrate your ability to pitch, sell and deliver across the Tesla ecosystem. Employee engagement
- Recruit, train and develop staff ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Support, implement and monitor all training
- Continuously evaluate the performance of each employee and provide immediate feedback to achieve results
- Ensure all employees follow Tesla policies and procedures
- Handle and resolve all human resources issues in a timely and efficient manner in collaboration with the Store Manager and HR
- Brand standards
- Ensure facility maintenance and showrooms meet brand standards
- Manage store costs by continuously striving to reduce costs
- Ensure all employees adhere to Tesla dress and grooming guidelines
what you bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of applicable experience and proven track record of achieving or exceeding goal
- Independent entrepreneur with exceptional leadership skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet business critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A dedicated and ethical approach to sales and marketing activities
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a valuable and reliable partner with whom others want to work
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a business environment
- Ability to change as needed
- A valid driver's license in the requested country, at least 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record is required
- Ability to obtain appropriate national license if required
