As a Centurion Lounge team leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Delight the customer by ensuring your team delivers an accurate and quality experience.
  • Inspiring the MSP team to achieve their goals by providing excellent training, coaching and development; and rewarding and recognizing achievements.
  • Evaluate team performance on an ongoing basis and provide ongoing guidance and feedback
  • We assess the skill level and expertise of the team and create development and action plans that are owned and controlled by employees.
  • Achieve exceptional business results by leading teams to achieve customer, employee and shareholder goals on an individual and team level.
  • Manage your team to ensure proper maintenance 365 days a year, including acting as an MSP when needed.
  • Communicate with your team so they are well informed about issues that affect them and their customers.
  • Challenge yourself and your team to "raise the bar" by driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Airport Benefits Team to support customer experience improvements or cabin changes.
  • Support the lounge check-in tool and digital cardholder feedback process
  • Identify opportunities to improve Centurion Lounge operations and creative solutions to grow the business.
  • Works closely with third party operator to create an exceptional customer experience for all Centurion Lounge guests and is responsible for the following activities. service
  • Sanitary inspection

Emergency procedures training
