Obligations

  • Provides friendly service and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Works collaboratively to ensure the success of our company
  • Responsible for providing legendary customer service to people who want to travel, use cargo or baggage services to fulfill their needs
  • Handles all ticketing and check-in operations using the computerized POS system, boarding, baggage handling, reservations and related complaints and issues.
  • Duties include greeting and dealing with customers in a polite and courteous manner. Accepts cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers and vouchers as payment for tickets. Calculates expenses, makes change and balances daily transactions. Responsible for excess or deficiency
  • Baggage and cargo control. Answer phones to inform callers, site customers, resolve problems or complaints, and assist as needed. Handles onboarding events in a timely and efficient manner
  • Dealing with customers who have been mistreated due to oversold, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed or damaged luggage. Resolves such issues promptly and within company guidelines
  • Provides up-to-date and accurate fares, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure information and responds to all general inquiries from customers and other airport terminal visitors.
  • Completes forms and reports required by the company
  • Prepares non-conformances and complaints as required
  • Job duties may vary depending on position and organization
  • He must be able to meet all the physical ability requirements listed in this description
  • May perform other duties as directed by HR Managers

Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Ability to type and/or use a computer keyboard at a speed sufficient to meet job requirements
  • Able to read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing procedures, rules and regulations
  • Ability to work well with others as a team member, meet the public and work in stressful situations
  • Must be able to satisfactorily complete the customer service agent training program with a minimum average of 80% and an evaluation period.
  • Must be aware of hazardous situations and be able to handle emergency situations as needed
  • You have to work under tight time constraints to turn the planes around quickly
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the State Agent's Handbook and employment contract
  • Must be able to perform all duties in a confined space
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally on the phone, face-to-face and public speaking
  • We expect good verbal and written skills
  • Must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally or via radio equipment
