 Additional Information:

 This role is offered as a telecommuter, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of mandatory visits, most of the  working time can be spent in a remote location, away from our company campus. Please note that although this is a remote location, there are a limited number of countries or regions where employees cannot regularly perform their work. These ineligible locations are: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington and Wyoming. US citizenship or current authorization is required to work in the US, and  current or future work authorization is not available.

  Summary of work

  •  Behavioral needs analysis to create quality solutions. Ensure solutions meet set requirements and meet departmental standards.
  • Lead operations to ensure solutions are delivered on time and on budget. Acts as a resource to ensure effective communication with clients or key stakeholders.
