  • Attendance and commitment to being on duty every day is critical.
  • This helps ensure that we are ready and willing to help our customers when they need us most. In case of unexpected events or problems, we require  proactive  communication and planning from our partners whenever possible. 
  • Handles a large amount of contact information: You  handle approximately 50-60  calls per shift. It is a fast  and well structured environment.
  • This position has little downtime as you will usually be engaged in conversation during your shift. 
  • Meets our high performance standards: You will work to exceed customer satisfaction, excel in meeting customer service performance indicators and fulfill other responsibilities.

 Engage customers:

  • You need a passion for people. You will be the voice of Wayfair and strive to connect with customers who contact us through inbound phone calls, chat and email.
  • Topics can range from returns, exchanges, deliveries, product availability, order status and more.
  •   Actively listens and shows empathy: You  actively listen to understand relevant customer information to find the best way to quickly and thoroughly solve their problems.
  • Eliminates customer concerns: Most customers contact us because they have had a problem and need your help. You  use your conflict management skills to balance client needs and business opportunities, always maintaining  professional composure. Troubleshooting: Solutions don't work for everyone, so customer service representatives don't read pre-filled scripts.
  • You have the autonomy to help customers find the right solution. Solving customer problems in a first-contact solution model requires you to think analytically.
  • Multitasking: You need to move between multiple browsers, tabs, tools and screens  to answer questions quickly and efficiently.
  • The ideal customer service representative is familiar with computers and knows how to effectively navigate technology on a daily basis. Aggravation of system problems: help us evolve.
  • You will identify areas for improvement  and share these trends with management.

What are wages and benefits?:

  •  Pay:  Hourly Wage: $16.00 (hours will increase after 6 months)
  •  Quarterly performance bonuses up to $2,200. (This bonus potential allows you  to earn up to  $20.23 per hour.)
