• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and expert mindset in the direction of clients always.
• Respond right away to consumer inquiries.
• Communicate with clients via diverse channels i.e., phone, email, text, etc...
• Acknowledge and remedy consumer complaints
• Know our merchandise inner and out so you can train and solution consumer questions
• Take inbound and make outbound calls
• Ensure consumer pride and offer expert consumer support.

Requirements

• 0-1 years revel in in customer support and/or name middle environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems packages consisting of MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent conversation skills: written and verbal.
• Ability to stay calm and expert while clients are harassed or upset
• Passionate approximately supporting clients gain their economic goals
• Pleasant, friendly, and a group participant mindset with an cappotential to conform to change
• Must be capable of take path and optimistic criticism

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent; a few university preferred
