   The Tesla Body Repair Program is looking for a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist to work for one of the most advanced vehicle brands in the world. This position includes supporting  Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its authorized collision program.

•  Maintenance of work schedule
•  Communication between customer requirements experts and the Body Shop
•  Preparing the vehicle for arrival 
•  Arrival of WARP and CCC management
•  Customer communication and expectations
•  Rental coordination and delivery
•  Vehicle status updates
•  Rearrangement of materials and accessories
•  Repair review and delivery

 what you bring

•  A trade school certificate in collision repair is beneficial.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
•  Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with people you touch at work, including the public.  Microsoft Office experience preferred.
•  Must be willing to train others
•  Must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
•  Ability to work independently in limited control environments.
•  Must be at least 18 years old
