•  1 year of customer service experience (eg telephone service, retail, customer service environment, restaurant industry, military experience)
•  Computer skills with Windows based applications
•  Must live within 150 miles of Nashville

•  A pleasant relationship with clients and a patient, helpful manner that shows a genuine concern for improving the  quality of life for clients.
•  Reliability and adherence to schedule standards
