  Summary of work

•  Adversary Emulation employees play a key role in improving Southwest's security  through adversary emulation assessments that proactively identify gaps in  existing technologies and processes used to protect Southwest's business.
•  This person conducts web application penetration tests and red teams to find vulnerabilities, reduce security incident response time, and increase detection confidence.

Obligations

•  Provide security guidance to application and partner teams to address vulnerabilities, vulnerabilities and policy exceptions.  Develop tests, run unit tests, troubleshoot and coordinate company-wide improvements to address security vulnerabilities.
•  Maintain and develop the laboratory capability of the testing team.
•  Explore current trends and developments in red teaming/testing tools, techniques and practices specifically related to cloud and OT.
•  Prepares detailed technical reports and presentations to support adversarial emulation operations. Serve internal customers by advising and providing expert advice on remediation strategies for identified vulnerabilities. Work with external threat research partners to report externally identified vulnerabilities and ensure remediation results.
•  Develop and regularly update adversary emulation documentation and processes to ensure compliance with industry best practices and latest tool developments. Organize training for clients on the use of basic cyber security systems and automated environments
•  Identify cybersecurity issues, design solutions, recommend software and systems, and coordinate development in a controlled manner to meet business requirements.
•  Oversee immediate response and maintenance of production programs
•  Work with product testers to identify defects and conduct testing
•  Test and implement system improvements using techniques that maintain system integrity
•  My partner maintains systems, manages escalation issues and regular operations
•  Triage, investigate potential failures and complete repairs. Transferring functions to enterprise support
•  Maintain established procedures and standards to ensure high quality and quantity of work
•  Partner and lead communication between internal and cross-functional teams to achieve goals
•  May perform other  duties as directed by HR Managers
