  Responsibilities:

• Search and retrieve information from various sources for use in analysis, models and project development.
• Clean and curate data sets by exploring new data sources and collaborating with other business units to determine the best data source, connecting insights on meaningful hierarchies.
• Become familiar with data environments and collaborate to improve automated reporting and analytics to support division managers and business units.
• Leverage new technologies and proactively find effective and meaningful ways to deliver data and analytics to meet distributed needs. · Supports process improvement and project management responsibilities in both individual business units and cross-functional initiatives
• Train and mentor other team members on various skills and topics
• Practice safety conscious behavior in all work processes and procedures

 WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

• 3 years of similar experience
• Mastery of SQL and ETL/ELT models
• Proficiency in Python, SAS or other similar tools and programming languages
• Ability to troubleshoot the reporting database environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries on a changing timeline
• Independent, flexible, looking for a solution to complex problems, working alone or in a team
