 We are looking for a Data Engineering Manager to join our Analytics Platform team! As the Design Lead for the Data Engineering team, you will lead a team that builds and improves  our scalable central analytics platform tools, leverages various data sources and oversees data management in collaboration with the Analytics Engineering and  Data Product Manager. You will also work closely with various stakeholders including Product Engineering, Product Analysts, Product Management, Business Operations, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Infosec, etc. Managing our software team helps us operate reliably  at high speeds while balancing strategic investments in infrastructure with the growing analytics needs of our business. Your commitment to creating a culture of transparency, inclusion and support helps ensure that our engineers are constantly evolving and growing. Your technical ability and attention to detail  help free up teams and guide us through complex technical trade-offs that align us  not only with technical best practices, but also with  broader organizational goals. •  6 years IT or 2 years IT and

 software engineering experience

•  2 years of experience leading a growing and inspiring design team
•  Experience working in an AWS/cloud environment
•  Experience with  standard data warehouses and ETL tools: Snowflake, Stitch, Fivetran, Airflow, DBT, etc.
•  Experience the architecture and development of scalable distributed systems
•  Break down complex technical programs into small execution-oriented initiatives and execute them 
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and build understanding with  all levels of engineers.
•  Experience working with agile delivery methods or other fast-paced environments. Strong bias.
