 what we are looking for:

•  An excellent portfolio  of complex, well-used interactive interfaces over many years.
•  Several years of advanced experience writing HTML, JavaScript and CSS applications and fluent in modern frameworks and libraries such as React and NodeJS
•  Experience creating powerful animations on the web using both CSS and JavaScript
•  Proven leadership and strategic ability to lead initiatives and projects with teams
•  Communication skills to clearly express concepts and evangelize on their behalf
•  A love of movies, TV shows and interactive media is a plus
