 The Netflix Cloud Infrastructure Security team  is responsible for the security of our public cloud environments and the protection of members, partners, employees and intellectual property. We provide cloud security  expertise, create scalable risk management solutions and collaborate cross-functionally to align cloud security investment needs with enterprises.   We are looking for a strong engineering leader to join this team to fulfill our mission. You will be responsible for leading and growing a world-class team of security and software engineers. You will help the team navigate the Netflix business  by building strong organizational relationships and connecting the business context with information security needs.

 Desired background

•  You have a strong technical background in information security for large public cloud services (AWS experience is a plus).
•  You are an empathetic leader who cultivates a culture of psychological safety and inclusion where team members from diverse backgrounds can do their best.
• You have experience in building and managing cross-functional relationships inside and outside the company. 
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• You have experience recruiting, training and growing a great team. 
• You have experience translating the business context to the needs of information security programs and prioritizing investments based on risks.
