  Wells Fargo is seeking an Experience Design Manager. The design manager leads, nurtures and inspires a small team that is responsible for a large work area (business, application, implementation, core banking, etc.) and sets the vision, direction in collaboration with product management and design management. and plans to provide a complete experience.

 Success comes from understanding  customer and business needs, collaborating with colleagues, navigating a complex business, coaching and mentoring a team, and overseeing the delivery of delightful and empowering product experiences.

 In this role you will:

•  Manage and develop teams that maximize quality, efficiency and productivity
•  Evaluate user experience design according to established practices and procedures of the organization
•  Work with clients to define problems and data needs and translate them into specific data/technical requirements to support business initiatives and projects.
•  Determine the features, tools and information you need
•  Use and develop multiple internal or external data sources
•  Evaluate, recommend and implement strategies to develop and leverage technical and analytical resources to enable initiatives that predict, improve, support and measure business success.
•  Maintain necessary processes, controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
•  Ensure compliance with data and information management  regulations and policies
•  Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels, including senior management
•  Lead a team to achieve goals
•  Manage the allocation of human and financial resources to the User Experience Design team
•  Mentor and lead the talent development of direct reports and assist in the hiring of talent   0% of the time you are actively engaged in improving the design result

 Required Qualifications, USA:

•  years of web page or application design or equivalent work experience as evidenced by one or more of the following: work experience, education, military experience, training
•  2 years of management experience
