 How effective are you  in this role?

•  Participates in the analysis of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements.
• Supports the design, construction, enhancement and integration of infrastructure required to support a business portfolio or infrastructure platform for sustainability, scalability, availability and efficiency. Supports initiatives that provide functional end-to-end infrastructure solutions that adhere to technology standards.
•   Plan, define and manage the effective use of operational support resources throughout the development lifecycle across multiple development teams
•  Manages breaks / fixes, incidents and problem activities across the team
•  Leads local marketing team engineers and/or performance analysts
•  Monitors, tracks and reports operational support expenses throughout the development life cycle
•  Central point of contact for companies/development teams or suppliers who need help with troubleshooting issues
•  Directs operational resources to resolve/prevent issues as needed. Prevention includes ensuring that appropriate performance monitors are in place for critical applications
•  Strengthens manufacturing warranty practices
•  Promotes the use of technical subject knowledge to advance the design of technical solutions/improvements
•  Assists in quality assessment by supporting quality assessment measures for major changes
•  Participates in the development of work methods and procedures for the production and service support function
•  Provides ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) compliance  for incident, problem and change management

 Minimum requirements:

•  2 years of design experience in a computer environment. 
• Experience designing and implementing computer and distributed applications
•  2 years of experience in computer infrastructure, hardware and operating systems. 
• 2 years of tracking issues, changes and incident queues, ensuring compliance to capabilities, root cause analysis and change quality objectives. Preferred Qualifications
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Previous work in operational or support roles
•  Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $135,000.00 Annual Bonus Benefits
