Full Jobs Description

• Responsible for implementing, monitoring and training warehouse best practices and standard operating procedures across the  store, including the front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management functions including receiving, counting, sorting and facilitating returns. Champions On-Shelf Availability and is responsible for receiving, counting, pricing, returns and all store inventory processes.
• Validates and ensures accuracy of planograms.  Responsible for reviewing and coordinating the appropriate use of user interface and reports and system applications affecting the accuracy of  pharmacy  balances and pricing. 
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining user interface and pharmacy  protection techniques and submitting claims for inventory and vendor overages (item received but not billed), shortages (product billed but not received), ordering errors or defective products, including prescription drugs.  In assigned stores,  opens and closes as needed in the absence of business management, including all necessary system startup, required cashier and cashier duties, and securing floor and warehouse space for daily operations. Customer experience
•  Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. In assigned stores, working as a duty manager, resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Model and communicate customer service best practices to all team members to provide a distinctive and pleasant customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g. greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service characteristics (e.g. proactive assistance, identifying needs, service to you). are satisfied, etc.).

Activities:

•  Performs and guides team members in warehouse and supplier inventory management processes including but not limited to order creation, review and receipt.
• Check all shipments while the seller is still in the store, including common carriers. Focuses on One Box reception.
• Takes necessary actions and marks delivery as received when product is physically delivered, contacts vendor for past non-delivery scheduled receipts and opens tickets  to correct incorrect orders as needed.
• Under the supervision of the pharmacist, it ensures that all pharmacy shipments of physically received products are posted to the store.
• Completes or approves daily entries for all pharmacy stock orders, ABC prescriptions and OTC orders, secondary supplier orders, flu and dropship orders, performs necessary general checks and accurately reports all missing or damaged products.
• Completes a full on-shelf availability (OSA) process, including inventory and direct-to-store delivery (DSD) for scheduled departments, performs pre-expiration clearance, recalls and vendor returns, completes scanning/scanning for all ordered departments, including vendor . /DSD sections and pharmacy scan points.
• Performs pharmacy inventory functions under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, including but not limited to pharmacy recalls in accordance with pharmacy hazardous waste practices, vendor returns, unattended and damaged  returns. Facilitates returns of excess stock or possibly inter-pharmacy transfers in case of non-returnable ABC surplus.
• Confirms submission of all pharmacy/prescription requests. Stops all pricing, including price changes, discounts and removal of discounts.
• You will be responsible for the reliable and timely execution of the department's master prices, including daily price changes, with accurate pricing and correct labeling and all other regulatory pricing tasks. When ordering consumables, you are responsible for supporting the front end and pharmacy order. Monitors manual pharmacy  orders to identify over orders.
• Maintains delivered inventory and orders as needed. Ensures that all specified pull and quarantine products are updated and placed in the specified warehouse. Maintains accurate inventory levels.
• Maintains  accuracy of  quantities by hand, including but not limited to base departments, warehouses and additional locations. 
• Under the supervision of the pharmacist in charge, maintains accurate inventory invoices and the accuracy of the quantities in the pharmacy and prepares smart invoices for the pharmacy. Ensures the store complies with state and local laws regarding regulated products (eg, alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Assists in maintaining inventory records, including receiving and posting (front end) of all items that arrive in the store in all inventory systems.
• Organizes files and maintains all invoices/receipts/return authorizations necessary for warehouse operations. Assists in physical warehouse preparation and supports warehouse day operations, including but not limited to  sales floor, warehouse and pharmacy preparation for inventory and  third party team auditing on warehouse day. Helps keep all counters and shelves clean and very business-like.
• You know all the systems and equipment of the stores. Assists and guides the store team in all package delivery functions including scanning incoming and outgoing packages,  all daily warehouse operations and returning packages to Walgreens. Supports the execution of the Pickup program.
• Acting as Duty Manager in assigned stores responsible and accountable for recording all related sales to assigned point of sale system and #0;POSand#1;, including error record scanning, price checks, unknown files. , price changes and vacancies. Completes product returns, order cancellations, customer returns, cash receipts at safe deposit box and exchanges at store as requested.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues. Performs all additional functions and other duties as directed.
