 As an RPA development manager, you will play an important role in leading the development and implementation of robotic process automation solutions across multiple functional areas. You will be responsible for strategically aligning business needs with technology delivery by providing technical leadership and direction to your team. Using your strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, you will identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems to maximize the benefits of IT and business investments. In addition, you will master and apply agile methodologies  to ensure the successful  design, engineering, development and implementation of effective systems and solutions that support the organization's core business. As an experienced and independent leader, you will lead and direct the development team  to deliver high-quality RPA solutions that meet business needs.

Obligations

•  Lead the development and implementation of RPA solutions using agile methodology and following SDLC design/build phases 
•  Act as  technical lead for RPA/AI development projects, training and mentoring  the team and ensuring project goals align with business goals.
•  have deep knowledge of development methodologies, software engineering, integration standards and design patterns and apply this knowledge in coding and testing cycles
•  Participate in software engineering meetings to analyze user needs and define technical requirements for RPA solutions and collaborate with the team to create agile user stories and tasks.
•  Ensure the construction-in-progress follows accepted design, coding standards and agile principles.
•  Lead the writing of quality code and execute unit tests, including creating test classes for RPA solutions, and participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up sessions, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for RPA solutions and provide technical expertise to support these goals while managing project schedules and budgets through project management skills.
• This job is offered on local terms. Even with temporary visas, no foreign commissions or sponsorships are given to obtain a work visa.

 Qualifications

 Standard:

•  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience, education or training required.  • 6 years of experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging new and existing software systems and/or applications with familiarity with agile methodology. 
•  Experience in application code development and unit tests and experience in DevOps. 
•  Experience working as a manager or technical director with excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing and managing resources to achieve specific project  objectives.
•   Knowledge and experience with RPA technologies, RESTful web services and RDBMS. 
•  Strong ability to apply standard processes and design patterns to code development and skills in Git and CI/CD practices.  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively  with all levels of staff and management, and the ability to communicate successfully formally and informally.
•  Has integrity and credibility and is seen as a simple, truthful personality who can present the raw truth in an appropriate and helpful manner.
•  Strong teamwork skills, including working  in a collaborative environment, supporting the team through volunteering  and completing tasks.
•  Demonstrates technical knowledge and  commitment to increase knowledge and skills in current technical/functional areas and ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
