•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, obsessively meeting deadlines and prioritizing creative quality.
•  Ability to identify and build long-term relationships with external design, photography and AV production partners.
•  Proven ability to solve problems creatively and remain flexible to changing priorities. Strong digital fluency and ability to quickly adapt to new tools.

•  Excellent listening, writing and presentation skills in Spanish and English.

•  A deep passion for the entertainment industry and storytelling. JOB DUTIES

•  Effectively and efficiently manage the availability and allocation of both internal and third-party resources.
•  Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
•  Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected performance. Act as a thinking partner to the creative team to ensure the assets we produce are consistent with the titles they represent.
•  Combine creative feedback from internal stakeholders and communicate it effectively to external vendors.
•  Tracking  with ever-changing content creation windows and release dates.
•  Manage project costs and make decisions necessary  to meet the budget.
•  Stay up to date with internal workflows, tools and software.

COMPETENCE

•  5-8 years of project management in the creative field and related experience. 
• High tolerance for change and the ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. In-depth knowledge of  Google Workspace tools
