Where you come in:
- Develop, execute, and monitor excellent marketing plans and programs that drive demand, retention, and build brand love
- Manage integrated marketing initiatives, including and in collaboration with external agencies,
- Build breakthrough media plans and content, develop compelling healthcare professional and consumer promotions
- Execute impactful events that build excitement and awareness of brand
- Partner with digital team in building out web and email content
- Partner with internal PR and advocacy teams and external community groups to strengthen relationships and amplify impact
- Assist in the commercialization of winning products, programs, and services across markets
- Provide executional tracking, reporting, learning and best practices, ensuring continuous improvement
- Manage marketing budget tracking and reporting
- Manage the formal review process to ensure all marketing tactics are approved via the document control system
- Obsess over the customer, both healthcare professional and patient, and their journey across all touch points to ensure marketing is appropriately infused to delight both prospects and existing customers
- Act as a leader and catalyst who inspires others to deliver bar-raising, best in class work
- Bring big ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement them
- Partner with other functions, external agencies, and business partners to leverage all of our connection points and drive toward shared business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing leadership, product management, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs, legal and other departments as appropriate to develop strategies and manage the marketing programs
