  Marketing Production Manager DACH is at the center of  excellence in the execution and performance of the title marketing team. This role helps deliver projects on time and within budget, working closely with  Marketing Managers across all films, series and overall initiatives. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

 The role includes:

•  Thought partner to Title Marketing Managers and executive support for Title campaigns and other initiatives (eg operational execution ranges from creative production and asset  management to data management and purchase order fulfillment.
• Project management and ownership of selected campaign elements.
• Collaborate with internal (eg content, product and others) and external partners (talent, filmmaker, show runner, vendors, agencies) to manage and execute campaign projects.
• Supports budget management and planning processes related to the campaign.
• Office management and project management with Netflix providers.
• Owning internal workflow and process management. 
• Supporting internal x-functional alignment across broader initiatives.

Standard:

•  Strong knowledge of DACH market, media, journalist and preferably entertainment world.
•  Fluent German and English language skills. Strong project management skills. 
• 5 years  experience as a production manager with strong project management skills (hybrid). 
• Solid work experience  with creative agencies and production houses and the ability to provide meaningful, clear and actionable creative feedback/direction.
•  Proactive, fast and flexible problem solver with excellent time, resource and stakeholder management. T
• he ability to manage a large number of ad and campaign types in parallel and effectively manage data exchange  and resource delivery. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment with high  intellectual curiosity and  strong and effective judgment in the face of ambiguity.
• Stay up-to-date on entertainment, social trends and formats, as well as cultural, technological and business innovations from around the world.
