 The Member Service Center Specialist answers incoming calls from both members and prospective members with questions about their existing accounts at Partners Federal Credit Union or  potential new accounts. Provides world-class member service and uses consultative selling techniques to offer complementary products/services. Uses multiple computer programs to review account information, complete transactions, and document changes to a member's account. Require a service focus in every member interaction with the goal of delivering an exceptional member experience and member loyalty

 Responsibilities:

•  Handle incoming calls and provide world-class member service:
•  You are responsible for achieving and adhering to all Contact Center operational standards, goals and objectives.
•   Offers complementary products and services to meet members' needs, while providing reliable solutions and options that improve their financial situation. 
• Follows proper Partners Federal Credit Union processes and procedures to assist members.
•  Respond to member needs.

 Undergraduate Degrees:

•  Must be able to work a hybrid schedule
•  Literacy Ability to speak and write simultaneously
•  Troubleshoot common computer/hardware issues on commonly used operating systems, browsers and platforms
•  Familiarity and comfort level  with new and emerging technology
•  Excellent customer service skills
•  Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; including telephone tagging capabilities
•  Demonstrated teamwork skills
•  Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
•  Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts
•  Easily adapts to changes; flexible
•  Manages time well; organized
•  Ability to use  multiple related software  including Microsoft Outlook
•  Demonstrated knowledge of mobile and online banking systems and functions

 Preferred Qualifications:

•  Experience in financial services or banking or credit union operations is a plus
•  Telephone service experience is desirable
