Full Jobs Description

 Minimum requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, related field or similar practical experience. 
• 2 years of experience in  Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) systems, DWDM topology and architectural problem.
• Experience using optical or IP networks.

Desired Qualification:

•  Experience  managing and/or directing field operations technicians, engineers, contractors and/or salespeople in a Telco work environment. 
• Experience in a data center or PoP environment including knowledge of OSP, ISP, AC/DC power systems, environmental management and relay rack/cabinet/cage construction. 
• Experience in telecommunications, particularly at carrier class scale, including knowledge of large optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer 2/3 routing and switching, and data services. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Interest and passion to participate/influence decision making tactically and strategically.
