 As the Performance and Insights Capability Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping how Roundel develops our analytics capabilities and related processes from a measurement and reporting perspective to a) provide clients with more effective media plans  and b) provide deeper, more comprehensive  performance data in post-field evaluations.

 You will work closely with cross-functional teammates across product, strategy, marketing and sales to articulate innovative ideas, develop proof-of-concepts and contribute to the development of solution roadmaps, paving the way for scale and deployment. . solutions .

 Success in this position is linked to your ability to combine deep analysis and insights  in a retail and/or digital media context, consultative problem solving and working effectively in a matrix, multidisciplinary structure.

 From you:

• 4-year university degree (or equivalent experience)
•  7 years of experience in digital advertising, customer consulting and/or retail sales analyst
•  In-depth knowledge of digital marketing performance measurement and campaign strategy and related KPIs
•  Practical experience in the selection of applied analysis, model building and statistical methods
•  Intermediate (or higher) skills in SQL, R and/or Python to acquire/organize data and create original models for proof of concept
•  Ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
•  Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence peers, key stakeholders and managers
•  Expert in working in  agile environments (eg user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
•  Strategic thinking and operational skills, as well as strong skills in strategic planning, defining OKRs and driving business results

 Depending on Target's needs, this position can be considered remote or hybrid. A hybrid work arrangement means that the main role of team members is at the destination of a combination of virtual and on-site. A telecommuting arrangement means that the team member works full-time from home or an alternative non-dedicated location that does not have a desk at  HQ  and can travel to HQ up to

 times a year. Obligations cannot be performed outside  the country of principal place of business, unless otherwise specified by Target. The salary range is: (min) USD - (max) USD.
