 The Photography Production Manager provides multidisciplinary support to the entire photography team, from production support and content management to creating compelling, memorable images that capture the magic of the Disney vacation experience. They must be able to manage complex production schedules and work with minimal supervision. This is a high performance position where you will work to tight deadlines and schedules.

  Responsibilities of the position

•  The Photo Production Manager is also a member of the new media / digital production and post-production team tasked with creating great content. 
• Sr Photography Producer responsibilities include managing  budget levels, directors, post offices, editors, music producers, animation/GFX/VFX pipelines, production schedules, on-location crews (large and small), and experience with  small and large productions.
• footprints under the direction of an integrated production manager.
• You have expertise in integrated content development, including video, photography and multimedia campaigns in the ever-evolving new media production space.
• You will report to the Director of Integrated Manufacturing.
•  Undergraduate degrees  8 years of experience in photography / digital / new media / social content and video production, large production groups, media networks or advertising agencies
•  Familiarity with multiple production environments including video, photography and post production
•  Well versed in the latest technology
•  Principal work on high-profile productions of various budgets ($5 Kandlt; ; andlt; $500,000)
•  Manage partners tasked with developing creative content and new ideas
•  Experience and  understanding of content development across multiple media platforms
•  Adapt to the changing digital environment of advertising/marketing production
•  Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays and travel

 Additional degrees

•  Knowledge of  Disney Parks and Resort brand and best practices  With a nice introduction
•  Experience in music, clip licensing  and developing licensing reports
