  Our Strategy and Enablement team is responsible for formulating Roundel's strategy and identifying and implementing business growth and enablement initiatives. The team is actively involved in some of Roundel's boldest and most strategic decisions, working closely with senior management to ensure  the company remains on a fast growth path. We do this by anticipating  challenges and responding effectively to them, contributing to Roundel's growth – today and in the future – despite the challenges ahead. Here you will work with internal and external partners in many different roles. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in media and retail organizations, including strategic problem solving, strategic activation, testing and scaling of new businesses. You will help  shape Roundel's long-term strategy and develop the discipline and process to ensure successful strategic planning. You  bring big ideas to the table to accelerate growth.

  As a Senior Strategist, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team and develop time-horizon growth initiatives for Roundel's business. It leverages your skills, experience and talents as  part of a visionary and collegial team that combines traditional strategic consulting with innovative business design thinking. You  work  for a company like Strategy Consulting, which solves potential barriers to growth and identifies new ideas and opportunities to transform the business. You will be expected to understand retail and media trends, competitors and guests to develop new concepts and formats to meet the needs of the future  in a constantly evolving, multi-channel media and retail business. You will also oversee and lead the execution of numerous strategic projects to ensure quality planning, problem solving, implementation, synthesis and delivery of results. By managing relationships with senior executives in areas such as sales, marketing, store operations and strategic partnerships, you will make strategic business decisions. Likewise, in collaboration with Roundel executives, you will prioritize the best drivers of future growth.

 From you:

•  7 years of  experience in business strategy management, including  business strategy assessment, leading high-level analysis and problem solving, and developing multi-year business strategies, or
•  years of prior experience in dedicated engagement/project management in a consulting firm. 
•  10 years of total work experience and increasing responsibility; Proven track record of leading transformational change
•  Previous engagement/project management experience in an innovation consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, IDEO, Jump, etc.) or strategy group of a Fortune 100 company.
•  Strong conceptual skills, including the ability to translate research and observation into actionable opportunities
•  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail while focusing on the big picture
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior management
•  A creative problem solver with a bias
