•  2 years of experience in product design
•  Strong technical foundations and high personal motivation
•  Design Intelligence: Accurate mechanical intuition, creative problem solving, inquisitive nature, attention to detail
•  Strong communication skills: written, visual and verbal. Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions
•  Experience developing parts and assemblies in 3-D CAD
•  In design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA), statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing.
• Work with elementary analytical theory and modeling. 
• Flexibility and comfort to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 20%). 

Description

•  We are looking for a highly motivated product designer. As a member of our team, you expect:
•  Collaborate with various disciplines, including industrial engineering, operations and multidisciplinary engineering teams
•  Brainstorm ideas and solutions to a wide range of complex design problems
•  Development, prototyping, evaluation and troubleshooting of new designs
•  Lead design reviews and participate in design peer review
•  Present your work to multidisciplinary teams and managers
•  Create detailed specifications and drawings
•  Interact with internal manufacturing teams and external suppliers to optimize designs for functionality, cosmetics and manufacturability.
•  Perform Failure Analysis and Design of Experiments (DOE) to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
