  As a Product Manager at Netflix, you will be expected to plan, strategize, execute and prioritize projects. You should feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you interact with multidisciplinary experts on a daily basis. You can build consensus and alignment, but you are not afraid to move forward if critics remain  and you lead in the face of ambiguity.

 As a Product Manager for Growth, you:

•  Set up a product plan to improve member switching experiences, such as upgrades/discounts/membership promotions.
• Create modular, scalable and efficient conversion flows across platforms and partners. Standardize critical user experiences and features by enabling customization and optimization
•  Lead a team of great design, engineering, consumer insights and data science colleagues to deliver great products to  customers.
•  Your own decisions in your product area  roadmap and what you implement
•  Develop and implement ideas across all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including business models, design, research, development, testing, production and iteration globally.
•  Write strategy notes and communicate/represent your team's work across the organization. 

Qualifications:

•  5 years of work experience as a product manager
•  Experience in product management and prioritization and successful launch of  products or platforms with proven impact.
• Proven track record of managing and developing a product portfolio and/or directing product vision and strategy
•  A strategic thinker with a healthy mix of deep technical knowledge, a customer-centric mindset and empathy
•  Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team - your ability to build strong relationships is critical to success. It is useful to use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to determine success
•  Restless curiosity to learn new areas, stay abreast of industry innovations and constantly ask "why"
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations
