What you  do:

•  Act as full owner of  partner integration standardization, configuration, testing, release, documentation, learning/training and post-release data management
•  Make empathetic decisions as a partner  - consider adjacent but relevant product issues such as security, privacy and/or fraud  and control administrative costs.
•  Collaborate on developing partner API requirements – enabling new partners and members to offer and scale products that grow Netflix membership
•  Define partner metadata strategies in line with Netflix's strategic principles to ensure consistency of data structures – enabling both internal and partner-specific workflows related to partner devices, payments,  interfaces and more.
•  Requirements to build partner and internal tools and execution systems (eg test tools, dashboards, developer portal features)
•  Measure performance and provide informed technical product and partner policy choices.
•  Lead a team of great design, engineering, consumer insights and data science colleagues to deliver great products to  customers. 

Qualifications:

•  5 years of work experience as a product manager
•  Successful work in partnerships, API integration, distributed systems and/or similar fields
•  Experience in product management and prioritization and successfully bringing proven effective products or platforms to market. Proven experience in product range management and development and/or directing product vision and strategy
•  A strategic thinker with a healthy mix of deep technical knowledge, a customer-centric mindset and empathy
•  Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team - your ability to build strong relationships and influence diverse role types and functions is critical to success. It is useful to use a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to determine success
•  Restless curiosity to learn new areas, stay abreast of industry innovations and constantly ask "why"
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations
