 The Consumer Insights team is looking for a program manager to work with our researchers and salespeople to conduct screenings and online surveys of our original global selection of movies and series. This role is in the core group of the Consumer Insights team. The Core is a centralized group of functionally driven team members with expertise in methodology and across different business areas and regions.

 This Program Manager is responsible for facilitating technically advanced screening and online surveys.

 This role requires extensive knowledge of industry screening partners and how and when best to  engage. You will also work hand-in-hand with content research vendors and collaborate with our internal teams to coordinate and execute the details of each screening. 

In this role you will:

•  Manage survey administration workflows for online surveys. This includes, but is not limited to, research programming, quality control, data cleansing, incentive management, reporting and partnering with vendors.
•  Track engagement rates and survey activity in the Netflix Preview Dashboard
•  Manage logistical and programmatic issues in  survey settings
•  Manage changing browsing priorities and schedules in the Netflix preview panel
•  Assist with member recruitment strategies and planning, engagement communications and surveys
•  Identify innovation opportunities using internal processes and data tools related to the Netflix Preview Panel program
•  Work with customer service, legal, localization and post-production teams on screenings of Netflix Preview Club titles

 What we are looking for:

•  Four to five years of work experience, particularly in project management and online survey management.  Strong experience with online survey tools (eg Qualtrics, Decipher, Alida)
•  Up to 5 years of experience in online health sampling, profile data management, sampling and study implementation
•  Excellent ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and editorial partners
•  Gather feedback from direct and cross-functional employees and consider our needs and risks
•  Ability to work in a dynamic environment on multiple occasions
•  Ability to make independent, rational decisions and know when to take a stand on issues
•  Flexible adaptation to  time zones or other team members and partners worldwide as needed
•  You have a passion for research and the ability to show consumers early TV shows and movies
