 As a project engineer, you will…

•  Communicate effectively and develop strong working relationships with vendors as well.
• Manage small to mid-sized capital projects by applying technical expertise and project management methods throughout the  project life cycle.
• Engage in decision making without  the big picture by presenting facts about risks and uncertainties.
• Understand and address the needs of key stakeholders and communicate accordingly throughout the project lifecycle.
• Familiarize yourself with project management standards and methods.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams and be a resource for solving technical obstacles. 
• Assess the benefits and risks of new equipment and technologies.

We want to hear from people who have:

•  Experience in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering. (3 years)
•  Experience  managing concurrent capital projects from inception to launch. Includes business case developments, financial request writing, design and specification, construction, commissioning and project accounting/finance functions. (3 years)
•  Direct supervision of contractors and contractor management. (3 years)
•  Experience in consumer goods or food  and experience in crop production. (3 years)
