•  You will be part of a fast-paced BigData Infrastructure Engineering team responsible for maintaining world-class availability across multiple major BigData platforms.
• You will be challenged to come up with  innovative and creative ideas and proofs of concept that meet the current and future needs of our customers. 
• We are looking for a passionate Master Data Hadoop Management Engineer with experience engineering solutions for multi-thousand Hadoop node  clusters. As one of the Lead Infrastructure Engineering team members in our powerful BigData Infrastructure team, you will also be responsible for designing the latest and innovative products, recommending performance initiatives and developing tools/products to enhance and improve infrastructure and application productivity. 

Minimum requirements

•  We expect a BS or MS degree in computer science, information technology or other experience 
•  5 years of Core Hadoop administration experience
•  5 years of Linux experience
•  HPE MapRdB management experience  preferred
•  Experience in building VMWARE, developing REST services, developing MySQL queries is considered an advantage.
•  Ability to learn new technologies and use them optimally
•  Requires Bash scripting and proven experience with Linux performance monitoring tools
•  Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, cluster monitoring and cluster configuration
•  Willingness to learn new technologies and use them optimally
