  The Senior Manager of Innovation and Solutions works with operational teams across the customer service  organization to  solve customer and employee challenges, enable our growth strategy and prioritize innovation opportunities. This role leads and manages broad key initiatives and develops long-term strategies for future process and technology improvements, with a primary focus on gate and wing airport operations.

•  Identify, develop and lead complex cross-functional/departmental projects with high management visibility
•  Build relationships and improve collaboration in ways that enable us to collaborate on grassroots initiatives  and better impact outcomes 
•  Communicate effectively with executives and key business partners throughout the project process
•  Develop executive level presentations and provide project updates to management

 Qualifications

 What is needed to succeed (minimum requirements):

•  BS/BA degree required
•  9 years of  work experience in a similar position
•  Strategic planning and decision making
•  Ability to work with cross-functional teams
•  Strong relationship building and problem solving skills
•  Ability to motivate and lead a vision
•  Ability to lead business partners through complex planning and execution of initiatives
•  Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
•  Demonstrated high  project management skills
•  Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States  without sponsorship
•  Successful completion of the interview is necessary to meet the requirements of the position
•  Reliable and punctual attendance is  essential to the role
•  Travel up to 25%

 What will help you stand out from the pack (main qualification):

•  MBA/Masters
•  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
•  Experience working in airport operations or in groups related to airport operations
•  Strategic portfolio / Principles of project management 
•  Ability to navigate ownership/control of a financial or business case 
•  Knowledge of various business groups, including real estate/construction and digital technology
•  Previous work experience as a system owner is considered an advantage
