• This position is a member of the sales team in the sales department. He is responsible for developing and growing American Express' global partnership with American Express Global Business Travel, which generates approximately $2.5 billion in high yield/premium AA/JB revenue annually. what will you do
• We lead the team responsible for executing the Americas retail strategy at our largest TMC partners
• Development of team members to ensure career development
• We work with revenue management, revenue analytics, joint business partners and others to shape deals for our TMC partners that align with America's strategic goals.
• Monitoring and reporting on TMC's monthly/quarterly performance with revenue analysis, including its progress towards long-term revenue generation goals
• Developing key relationships with TMC executives to advance the Americas retail strategy
• Close collaboration with other sales teams (corporate, sales support, midmarket, distribution) on initiatives related to TMC partners
• Hiring and developing team members
• Making contract bids for agencies and maintenance/support decisions with agency partners
• Interact regularly with our TMC partners, Americas Sales Managers and other business organizations in the Americas, including revenue management and revenue analysis.
• Provides ad hoc analytical support or project support as needed

Minimum requirements - education and previous work experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• 5 years of sales/distribution experience

• Previous experience in account management
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both internal and external partners to achieve results

• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills and problem solving; the ability to solve problems creatively and persistently
• Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis and shift priorities as needed to meet changing deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
