 In this role, you will be an integral part of the commercial team, leading and executing post-trade propositions that drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue  and profits in the online pickup and delivery business. You will be part of a team  responsible for achieving annual financial and  satisfaction goals in e-commerce. You will collaborate and develop deep partnerships with many stakeholders across the company, including marketing, sales, product, store, finance and others, to identify opportunities, solve problems and develop new offerings that deliver value to our customers.

 what are you doing

•  Defining the long-term vision and strategy for customer experience with post-transaction experiences (changes, order  tracking, communication, etc.).
• Providing thought leadership on internal and external best practices and standards to guide decision making.
• Conducting comparative studies and competitive assessment.
• Work cross-functionally with partner teams in multiple locations, so communication, collaboration and organization are key to your success
•  Lead and execute significant cross-functional projects spanning multiple teams across the organization.
• Collaborate daily with various team members including SCM, Design, Product, Store Operations and more. Work with the product to create prototypes to communicate design ideas to users and internal stakeholders.
• We conduct research, user testing and validation to ensure that the experiences/offerings we create are designed to be a priority for our customers and partners.
• We define metrics and KPIs that  help us measure and track business goals
•  Communicating roadmaps and priorities and collaborating across business lines to prioritize the agenda, including negotiating with key partners to identify the best product and business strategies and gain buy-in from senior executives.
