Minimum requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in  quantitative or business management or equivalent practical experience. 
• 10 years of experience in analytical roles in marketing, data science, product or strategy functions and 3 years of  people management experience.
• Experience solving statistical problems and analyzing datasets using SQL.

Desired Qualification:

•  Experience  designing experiments, developing statistical models, measuring campaigns and identifying business opportunities. 
• Experience in data analysis,  ability to solve problems in complex, fast-paced and ambiguous business environments with excellent data intuition and business acumen. 
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience building analytics teams. 
• Ability to  communicate analysis and recommendations effectively to a broad audience.

From work

 In this role, you will lead the market analysis function in products such as Chrome, Android or Google Play. You  manage a team of analysts who design and implement a business learning program. You will identify the right success metrics, use appropriate analytical methods to assess the actual impact of marketing programs and provide business strategy recommendations. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders to support the development of new strategies that  improve customer engagement and revenue.
