  What you do:

•  Create algorithms that determine ad placement, relevancy and pricing across multiple ad distribution sources. 
• Develop and use predictive models to effectively target, engage and engage advertisers and consumers.
• Run and manage analytics to deeply understand what's happening in our advertising market and identify new areas for our design teams to focus on. 
• Optimize  ad auction components to deliver more value to advertisers and increase long-term revenue. 

 What it takes to succeed:

•  We expect a bachelor's degree or  equivalent work experience.
• Experience as a product manager in a relevant field with a background in physics, mathematics, systems engineering, economics or another relevant field that allows smooth development of advertising skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Experienced in  solving complex, business critical technical problems Customer Focused: Driven by  growth in turnover and the transformation of customer wants and needs into tangible attributes.
• Problem Solver: Loves to break down complex, unstructured problems into digestible components and then create short-term and long-term plans; you can analyze yourself with iPython and SQL. 
• Effective communicator: able to synthesize and translate between technical and non-technical audiences; effectively communicates complex issues to stakeholders in various parts of the organization.
• Functional Competence: Diligently improves processes around ad system reliability and measurement tracking, constantly thinking about process improvements.
• Strong collaborator: Enjoys working across  teams, functions and time zones.

What you get:

•  This option offers the option of being completely remote from any location in the United States.
• Compensation ranges from $90,000 to  $230,000 per year.
