 what are you doing

•  Work across the enterprise to launch and integrate new payment methods and  experiences to support new business initiatives.
• Collaborate with external payment service providers and card networks to increase cost efficiency and optimize the purchase flow.
•  Collaborate with global product teams and  stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver business  value and drive innovation
•  Collaborate with full-stack design teams and UX designers to deliver a scalable architecture that not only meets current needs but also considers future growth scenarios.
•  Define and manage a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact, and the ability to analyze  and use them in decision-making processes.

 what you bring

•  Master's degree in engineering or economics or equivalent experience. 
• Knowledge of global payment systems, cash flows, e-commerce, treasury and financial systems is highly desirable.
• Proven excellence in delivering highly scalable and technical services  with full stack engineering teams.
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Entrepreneurial instincts with a clear tendency towards deliberate action and managing new initiatives with limited resources and support
•  Strong analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use data and metrics to make assumptions and decisions
•  Strong organizational skills  with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and the ability to respond to changing priorities to meet business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
