 Description

 As  Demand Platform's Director of Quality, you will lead multiple teams of quality engineers and collaborate with key partners across development, EPM, product and SRE teams to deliver high-quality customer advertising products. You should be able to communicate quality status effectively and consistently  to drive decision making. You will also be responsible for creating and improving valid processes and strategies to ensure quality and end user experience. This includes leading automation efforts to improve design efficiency, enabling quality  and leading the team in designing and executing test plans, quality reporting for products in development, and mentoring and coaching team leaders. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you develop and foster partnerships with cross-functional teams. You should also be comfortable  leading a team to test complex and new technologies.
