 Role and Responsibilities:

•  Service insurance
•  Collaborate with global infrastructure, collaborate with development and partner interface teams.
• Fix bugs and develop dashboards with modern monitoring tools (eg DT1, Splunk) to reduce detection time. 
• Effectively manage bridging and escalation as part of the broader case management process.
• Acting as a member of a DevOps team following  agile practices provides design inputs and operational standard methods. Director position

  Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology engineering or similar technical work experience. Up to 5 years of dynamic experience in software engineering.
•   Required:
•  Experience with distributed (multi-tier) systems, large scale infrastructure and design including Java, J2ee, API (Rest, Soap), React technologies and Spring framework. 
• Experience  building automation (using script/Ansible/Python/Java etc.). 
• Experience with  application/infrastructure risk identification and mitigation strategy and  ability to work with a team to ensure risk mitigation. Experience with debugging techniques to analyze root causes of problems. Working knowledge of ITIL: Incident, Event, Problem, Problem and Information Management. 
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: programming languages, web, Linux/Windows, middleware, databases, cloud. Recommended:
•  Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and databases (Oracle, Db2, Couchbase, etc.). Experience  using CICD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)
•  Performance issues and tuning, experience with high availability solutions such as Always On, Clustering, Mirroring, etc. 
• Experience working with application performance monitoring, Moogsoft or similar tool to improve overall performance. DevOps expertise for high availability IT infrastructure
•  Building real-time product APIs and services. 
• Experience in automation development. You are familiar with agile or other rapid application development methods. 
• Hands-on expertise in application design, software development and automated testing.  Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 Annual Bonus Benefits
