Full Jobs Description

   To provide installation, commissioning, repair and preventive maintenance services for sampling systems, sample handling systems and instruments used in electrical and other industries. The service is provided at the customer's location promoting customer satisfaction and growth throughout the assigned area.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  •  Use established work instructions to provide online instrument installation, commissioning, repair and routine maintenance, calibration and inspection services. Analyze problems, find solutions, make repairs and diagnose problems.
  • Provide technical support to customers  on site and while traveling.
  • Communicate issues and solutions with customers with confidence.
  • Maintain and coordinate a complete service schedule  with clients. Manage the region's workload to facilitate the successful achievement of regional goals. 
  • Full ownership of schedule and booked services.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and provide them to the customer in a timely manner according to the objectives set  by the service manager.
  • Full service account ownership in select territories. Complete the assigned  orders  to achieve the goal set  by the service manager.
  • Be fully aware of the number of visits for each contract and make sure they are done before the end date of the contract.
  • Collaborate with maintenance team, product support and sales personnel (internal and external) to promote customer satisfaction. 
  • Actively promote contract service agreements, equipment upgrades and procurement of equipment parts and consumables.
  • Use Salesforce CRM, Epicor, and Microsoft Office to communicate, deliver reports to clients, manage individual schedules, track and update information, find contacts, and more.
  • Communicate regularly with Contract Manager, Service Manager and Service Managers to maintain schedule accuracy. 
  • Document the details of the operation. Submit fast and accurate service and expense reports.  Ensure proper safety precautions are  used. Complete OSHA's 10-hour general safety training.
