 Main areas of responsibility

•  Leading the team. Strengthen, support and develop a unified organization of mid-level and senior asset managers.
• A natural team leader with a proven track record of articulating team goal and priorities and rallying teams around them.
•  Functional expert. Manage the overall strategy, budget, execution and workflow of marketing DAM and MAM system workflows.
• Establish systems to ensure safe and efficient distribution of funds to various stakeholders.
•  Action strategy. Proactively identify business critical issues and opportunities to improve the tracking, production, sharing, usage and traffic of Netflix advertising assets, balancing the short- and long-term needs of  cross-functional marketing and communications teams.
• Define clear and meaningful problem statements and achievable goals and make continuous measurable improvements to them.
•  Data flow. Understand how to use data to push (not block) the limits of marketing output.
• Collaborate with program management and strategic and analytics partners to drive performance metrics  and improve processes.
• Cultural building. Be a strong cultural role model and lead by example according to our principles of inclusion, freedom and responsibility, conscious master and context, not control, and give individual partners the space and support to succeed at Netflix. 

Experience and skills

•  Proven track record in building and leading medium to large diverse teams: hiring, developing and managing top talent.
• You are familiar with content management systems (CMS), ticketing systems and project management tools.
• Stock of different types of materials in  art and print, AV and digital production.
•   Experience  with business analysts or  teams of analysts to measure operational metrics for forward-looking operational planning. 
• Proactive, continuous identification and optimization of your business system to eliminate, simplify or automate inefficient elements of your current workflow  with cross-functional stakeholders.
• You enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a high level of intellectual curiosity and are a natural team leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, a desire to succeed and always up for a challenge!
