Creation of various motion design documents including storyboards, animations, creative briefs, motion principles and guidelines. We develop our business language one project, one resource and one timeline at a time.

  What you do:

•  An evangelistic movement throughout the organization
•  Find opportunities where movement can make work more efficient
•  We are developing our business language, guidelines and principles
•  Helps designers think about how things feel, move, act, sound and express emotions
•  Discover and share new ways of working, new workflows and new tools

 What you bring:

•  5 years work experience in own studio or office
•  2 years leading a team with direct reports
•  A technical master with  obsessive attention to detail
•  Experience across all media: social, video, apps, broadcast, film
•  A self-starter with something to prove
•  Optimistic, quick learner and deeply curious
•  Experience in editing, sound design and timing
•  Bachelor's degree or similar experience

•  3D Tools (Cinema D/Maya)
•  Automation and programmatic animation
•  HTML, CSS and JS standard

 Additional locations for this role include Santa Clara, CA, Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, Morgantown, WV, and Scottsdale, AZ.

 We balance accelerated creativity and innovation based on personal collaboration and flexibility, both inside and outside the office walls. For most roles, our staff choose to work three days  in our office and the remaining two days from home.
